Our Pricing

At Bob’s Lawn Care, we understand that price is a big part of the decision-making process. So we want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. You should have the information you need to determine if we are the right fit for your landscaping projects or yard maintenance.

Here are our key values when it comes to pricing:

  • Over-delivering on value before, during, and after our visit.
  • Being efficient and reducing waste to give the best price possible
Pricing
That being said, we are not the right landscape company for every person. If someone is looking for discounts or price-matching, Bob’s is not the lawn care company for them. Price-matching leads to reduced quality, something that doesn’t sit well with us. We strive to make a financially-sustainable business that can serve our customers far into the future. We aren’t the lowest price in town, but we certainly are not the most expensive.

Here are some of the benefits to our clients:
  1. We are fully insured and licensed
  2. All of our workers are non-smokers, drug tested, and must pass a background check.
  3. English speaking staff.
  4. Credit cards accepted.

So how much does it cost for...

Mowing

The short answer: it depends. There are some variables that will increase or decrease the price. The main ones are:

  • Shape/slope. A flat rectangular yard will cost less than an odd shaped one on a steep slope.
  • Obstacles. If we have to take more time navigating bushes, trees, etc., that will cost more than a yard with no obstacles.
  • Access. Narrow walkways, stairs, or dogs can make life a little more difficult and slow us down in the process.
  • Hauling Away Clippings. We assume that we will not be hauling away clippings unless you request otherwise.

These prices are per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. We require all customers to be on a weekly schedule from March till end of June. During the summer, you may switch to a biweekly schedule if you don’t water your lawn.

Property Cleanup

For property cleanup we base the pricing on time and dumping fees. This allows customers to budget how much weeding, leaf pickup, or bush trimming they want done.

This can be scheduled on an as-needed basis or as a regular addition to your lawn maintenance.
